Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas to inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. You will work on a variety of products, including websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions, and more. You will collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure that the final product meets the client's needs and is visually appealing. A strong portfolio of previous work is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to define the overall appearance, graphic elements, and content of communication materials

Identify the most suitable medium and communication channel for desired visual impact

Create graphic elements aligning with clients' goals using traditional tools, multimedia software, and image processing

Generate sketches, layouts, and graphic elements with design software

Estimate material costs and project timelines for graphic design

Utilize existing image banks, typography guides, or engage illustrators/photographers to meet communication objectives

Requirements:

Obtain a university degree in visual arts, specializing in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications, or cartooning; alternatively, completion of a college diploma program in graphic arts is acceptable.

Possess experience or training in multimedia design from a post-secondary, college, or technical institution, which may be required.

Video Editor
As a video editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that's suitable for broadcasting. You'll be working closely with the director to achieve the desired end result. You'll be responsible for selecting the footage, inputting music, dialogues, graphics, and effects, and ensuring that the final product is of high quality. You'll also be responsible for managing and organizing the footage library.

Responsibilities
• Manipulate and edit footage pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts when needed
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a video editor in social media field
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity

Digital Marketing Consultant
As a digital marketing consultant, your main responsibility is to help businesses develop and implement effective online marketing strategies. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and target audience, and then create customized plans that utilize a variety of digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization. Your expertise in the latest digital marketing trends and tools will be essential in helping clients stay ahead of the competition and achieve their business objectives.

• Social Media Management: Maintain and update our social media channels with regular posts, news, and updates. Engage with our community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Event Support: Provide support for webinars, online events, and potential physical events for both clients and our team. This could involve coordination, promotion, or even content preparation.
• Administrative Support: Assist in task/project scheduling, data entry, and other administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
• Newsletter Preparation: Coordinate, draft, and distribute our company newsletter, working closely with team members to source content, news, and updates.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:
